Our second time staying in this location. It did not disappoint. It’s beautiful, cozy and close to all of the attractions. This will definitely be our first choice for our next trip

The house was better than described. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Lisa went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. It snowed close to a foot when we were visiting. Lisa communicated early on that her husband would be out plowing the driveway and road for us. We were able to get in and out without issue even with all of the snow on the ground.

Beautifully cared for space, very responsive and accommodating host. Thoughtful touches for pets and the heated mattress pad I might have to get for home! Lots of small details made it a special getaway. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the bed heaters—they came in handy since we were there during a cold snap. The home was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The drive in and out was quite steep, but it was fine; it would have been more challenging if there had been ice or snow, especially since we did not have snow tires. The hot tub was clean and worked well, and we enjoyed it each evening after returning from hikes and exploring.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house really felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, a really thoughtful and plentiful coffee/tea bar, doggie supplies including toys, blankets, treats and bowls! We really enjoyed having heated beds and heated bathrooms, We had plenty of space. House was full of natural light. The home is very close to restaurants and amenities, yet it felt very private and had a beautiful view of the mountains from almost every room. We loved watching the sun rise and set over the mountains, enjoying hot chocolate, and roasting marshmallows out on the deck. The gas fireplace was really nice and was very easy to operate. Maggie Valley is such a cute town, it’s like stepping back in time. There’s plenty of southern hospitality to go around. Nearby Waynesville was also very nice and had additional restaurants, grocery stores, and a cute downtown. I would definitely recommend Lisa’s place!

Lisa’s home was beautiful and prefect for our family Xmas trip. The cabin was so peaceful and relaxing a much needed break from travel nursing. Her accommodation for our fur babies was out of this world. If you’re interested in this listing don’t think twice just book it. 😊

My wife, my dog. and I spent 4 nights at Lisa's place. We didn't leave the cabin the whole time we were there. We kept the fireplace going, watched movies. cooked. and enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin had everything we needed for a getaway.
I loved how dog friendly it was. there was a bag with dog blankets and toys. We always bring our own blankets to cover furniture, but I really appreciated the provided blankets. It just made me feel like cabin and hosts were truly dog friendly.
The provided coffee and teas were also a nice touch
We would definitely return for a future trip.

It had everything we need! We baked cake, banana bread and cooked throughout, so a well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. Great view as well. Perfect for staycations. Lisa was incredibly responsive and allowed us to bring two of our cats which made such a difference to our trip 🤍

Beautiful spacious house with lots of great amenities and beautiful view. We were able to see two deer right outside the house on several mornings. The location is perfect and close to downtown Maggie Valley snd Waynesville.

Wonderful! House is beautifully decorated and furnished! Super cozy and all the amenities you could want! They definitely when above and beyond compared to other rentals I've stayed in. Several of us in our group commented that if we were going to manage a rental this was how we would do it! Lisa was super responsive and made us feel very welcome! Would definitely book again!
